My Husband and I went in yesterday 1/17/15 to get my Wedding rings sized down that my Husband bought there. The representatives are just wonderful. My Husband has been buying Jewelry for me from Brownlee for years now and I have never been unhappy with anything. From my ankle bracelet to my absolutely beautiful set of Wedding rings my Husband bought me for our 25th Wedding Anniversary( when we renewed our Wedding Vows) and everything in between. Every time my Husband walks in, Sondra--the Manager--who is very, very sweet, just smiles. He's always buying me something. There's Collin Riggles and Patrick Tai also. Both are very nice gentlemen and easy to work with. Nobody there is pushy what so ever. If you want to wait and think about a purchase, they don't mind at all. That's just the way they are. They have a great business and we will never go anywhere else. Thank You Brownlee for all that you've done for us. We'll be back in soon to look at those ear-rings. Wardell and Sandra Walker

Purchased a ring from this store - great value, pretty piece of jewelry, but wasn't overly thrilled with the sales people. While they seemed knowledgeable they were also, in my opinion, pushy. I didn't care for that.
