During lunch for their “all you can eat sushi” they only have two sushi "chefs" for the entire place. It took one hour and a half for us to get the first part of our order. The sushi is mass produced at a very rapid pace and it is not accomplished artfully. Very, very sloppy presentation. The fish and other seafood used was very low quality and not diversified enough. Borderline fresh and cheap. You definitely get what you pay for (if they serve it to you on time). The servers were polite and did their best under the circumstances. We had to leave before we could get the second half of our order. I am glad since the food was terrible. What is most concerning is that I approached one of the managers/owners and told him about our experience. He was arrogant and defended his flawed system. He actually told us that we should plan to have at least two hours for lunch there... LOL. Good luck serving the busy professionals in the vicinity with reasonable time for lunch breaks! He did not even offer an apology for the awful service and food quality. I hope they improve their service and food quality, but most importantly their attitude!
