In all of the San Fernando Valley, the postal workers at this location are the friendliest while being most professional. I have seen the (unfair) abuse they take and yet they calmly continue to help.

The guy who helped me, had a nose ring and curly hair, was very rude and condescending. I told him I was sent by ups and told my package was at the location. He said “we’re noy ups” and looked at me like I wasn’t stupid. Clearly I’m aware they’re not ups and was simply stating they sent me there. I was there to pick up my package and after tracking it he just said “you’ll get it tomorrow, it’s not sorted”. Not even a have a nice day or anything else. I’m not sure if he was rude because I look young but regardless he was very unprofessional.

Girls the guy at counter in the middle is so cute;) and he is very helpful! If you get lucky enough to get him to help your set ! ;)
