Dr. Griffin has been very helpful in correcting prior inferior dental work and very attentive to future problems and areas of concern.

The office is nicer than my house! Very modern and clean. The most updated equipment...it was very cool to see my x-rays immediately, right from the dental chair on the computer screen. Dr. Griffin and his staff are very friendly, explaining the x-rays and treatment thoroughly. I was even in the neighborhood one day and stopped by to see when I could get an appointment for a cleaning, and they squeezed me in without waiting more than 15 minutes. I wouldn't say the Dr. is doing unnecessary procedures at all, he is pro-active in keeping your teeth and gums healthy by treating small issues before they become BIG issues...that is his job!!

Dr. Griffin has been my dentist for the past few years and even though it is a drive for me from the suburbs, I have remained his client because of the work he does and the outstanding level of service he provides. I'd recommend his office to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Chicago area.

I have been going to Dr. Griffin for many years now. He is a FANTASTIC dentist! His office is clean, his staff is friendly and he uses the latest in technology. I am NEVER afraid to go to the dentist now!

Dr Griffin has always been very forthcoming regarding any issues with our teeth including treatment plans. We always decided what would and would not be done and his office has always worked with my insurance.

My entire family (wife and 3 children) have been going to Dr. Griffin for many years now. We have encountered nothing less than a courteous and professional staff. His assistants are top notch! and worked very hard to make my children feel at ease even during difficult procedures.

They remembered my name, is really nice, helpful, and makes the experience that much better. I didn't feel like I was in a financial meeting, he was more concerned about if I was feeling good.

Dr Griffin & Lucy are the best! I realize no one likes the dentist, but if you have to go, GO HERE! They are extremely flexible with scheduling. When I needed to get in quickly, they made time for me. They are extremely professional; Dr Griffin explains everything he does as he does it. I've been in for cleanings, exams, filling and (the dreaded) root canal. Trust me, after all that, they have certainly warranted a high recommendation

Dr. Griffin's dental assistant Lucie is incredibly helpful, friendly and goes beyond the call of duty. For her, alone, 5 stars! Dr. Griffin has been incredibly helpful, working with me over the years during extreme circumstances. During a recent dental emergency, he and Lucie created a mock front tooth, posted it to the two side teeth and it lasted for weeks until the more permanent replacement was ready. It was a truly inspired bit of dental magic!

I have been going to Northalsted Dental Spa from the time I moved to Chicago six years ago, and it has definitely been the right choice for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues you may have. Dr. Griffin is excellent and has always given me excellent advice when it comes to my dental health. He has very flexible hours and easy on street parking.

The office is beautiful and clean, and along with wonderful service, you receive a substantial goodie bag with gum, floss, toothbrush, magnets, etc. after each visit. The receptionist also gives you a complimentary phone call a few days before your appointment. As someone with a very busy schedule, this perk is very helpful for me as many doctors' offices have removed this benefit.

The first time I saw Dr. Griffin was almost 4 years ago. I'm very pleased with his services and cleanings. Dr. Griffin also takes his time with you and does a great job explaining how I keep my perfect smile. Never once have I felt rushed. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and his patients.

Since I've been with Northalsted Dental, I've had my wisdom teeth removed, a cavity filled, and my teeth whitened. The only procedure that had a hitch was my teeth whitening. They were trying out an in-office gel procedure, but it didn't have the desired effect. However, when I voiced my concerns, my dental hygienist was very accommodating and made whitening trays for me, free of charge. The trays worked wonderfully, and I was appreciative of the fact that they cared about my customer satisfaction.

I used to travel a lot for work, so I'd go to dr/dentist offices all over, wherever I could schedule it. There is a lot of professional conversation in this office. Most places treat staff as if they were invisible and shouldn't be heard from. I'm pleased this place is very different. Great work guys.

Dr. Griffin and his staff are very professional and handle emergencies with great sensitivity; they explained to me that my appt was running late b/c of an emergency for another patient, and that if I ever had one myself, I would really appreciate it. In fact, I did have one myself and I was able to come in immediately.

My husband had a toothache due to a bad root canal he had done years ago at a different clinic, and Dr. Griffin referred him out to a different dentist that specializes in redoing root-canals. Dr. Griffin did not find any cavities with my husband either, so he had a cleaning, and that's it.

As I arrived to the office, I was impressed with the new look of the office and the professionalism of the staff (Office Manager, Hygienist and Dental Assistant). Dr. Griffin is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He explained every procedure to me, which was great since I haven't had the experience in a long time.

When I go in, I usually see Dr. Griffin and his dental assistant, Chris (bilingual Spanish/English). They make a great team! It was great to see that Dr. Griffin hires minorities. I am a minority, and I like to support business that hire minorities.

I had nothing but a great experience here. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out on time. They even gave me a coupon for teeth whitening for my next visit. I live in the area, and will definitely be back.
