I have 4 children and been going to this practice for 18 and a half years. They still do not know our names even though the most of the same staff and physicians are there.

I have 6 children that I bring to Eastern Hills Peds. I have been going to this practice for 17 years total as of now. I have never had an issue with billing or the front desk. I have always been treated with respect (and so have my children!) from each staff person and each Doctor. I am always able to get an appointment when any of my children are sick without any complications. If I have any questions that a nurse can answer, I have always been called back within a reasonable amount of time. They even have a wonderful lactation nurse that worked very hard with me when I had two babies that I brought home from the NICU ward at Childrens. I think they do a wonderful job there!
