If I could give it NO STAR I would. Visiting from out of state. Went an brought an electric product from them. The product would not get EXTREMELY HOT as it says on the box. I went back the next day to only exchange the electric product. Their policy says you have within 15 days to exchange or get store credit. They would not allow me to exchange the product. The one girl told me that it's nothing she could do and the other lady was telling me they CAN'T contact their manager or even give me their number. The store manager told her this morning to NOT contact her for nothing. (But if someone was stealing she would be able yo contact her quick). I will never shop here ever again
I am calling the better business Bureau on this company. Because they are horrible with customer service. They try to get over on you. All I wanted was to exchange no money back or anything. Very rude. And called me sweetie which is very unprofessional. I give this a no star!!!!

I will never shop at this store again. Bought a necklace set tried to exchange it in less than an hour and it was like pulling teeth.they pay $1 sell for $10 and act like it kills them to refund or exchange.
