Did not bring all parts to our ladder. Pool was up for 5 days before they brought the other half of ladder. Every time I called, the buck was passed to someone else, and no one would help us. We live 45 minutes away and have no vehicle large enough to haul the box. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Product is fine but customer service is terrible. They do not have much knowledge of the products they sell. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

The staff is very helpful and I got all my chemicals for the year at a huge discount during pool school. Be sure to sign up every year! It's a one day seminar with lots of give sways and the newest pool equipment displays and reps. I used to drive to Louisville for this now it's here in Southern Indiana!
