I have been going to Terri Brown a stylest at Shear Maddness for years. I believe her upbeat, Happy, Christian attitude keeps me going back and makes her extremely professional and amicable!

It's unfortunate that I have to rate the entire place as an awful experience. The stylist who did my hair was Nichole, whom I had no problem with I loved my hair cut I love my bayalage but she didn't even tone my hair which left it yellow and orange. I actually left the place that evening satisfied but the next morning after looking at my hair it was just way to orange and yellow I called and asked for a toner and to try to get me in asap before the wedding I originally told her I had to go to that weekend. She said she couldn't get me in until the next week. After 3 hours of messaging her trying to get her to correct it and her going back and forth texting another stylist about me ( which was super unprofessional considering I don't even know this woman like that) I finally asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else that had time to do my hair. I didn't even ask for the full refund because I was satisfied with my cut. She refused to give me a refund and then said she could get me in at 1 the next day. Which I couldn't do that bc I had to travel for this wedding. But she still wouldn't refund so I said ok I'm coming in tomorrow at 1 she said a toner wouldn't fix it so I told her then it needed to be redone. She then sent me a message saying she was no longer going to work with me or fix my hair and then ignored me after I begged her. 120 dollars down the drain. The owner of the salon apparently don't care about her reputation because she took no action in trying to fix the situation. So I had to go across the street to Tiffanys hair spa that gave me a complimentary service to fix my hair and they got me in that day very day. Horrible and unprofessional service.
