This company is a HOAX! You also cant submit a bad review if u have ONE STAR RATING SOTHAT ALONE SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING about them!! I DO NOT GIVE A 1 STAR RATING let alone a 5 star but apparently they have it set up that way somehiw!!I have tried to write a review since my ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience w these people!! Workers very personable, but higher ups, well they are the kind of people that you see on the news about TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE'S being treated TERRIBLY! I dont have the time to try to REWRITE MY HIGHEST POSSIBLE RATING OF A ZERO for a 4TH time so just check the BBB for my LONG COMPLAINT, that I by the way still HAVEN'T heard anything from, which means the owner or POSSIBLY MIDDLE MEN threw in the garbage and ignored. I have to do this complaint in stages in order to get it on the news so stand by to channel 8 news for my story and PICTURES! In the meantime DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY AT "EIGHTY NINE DOLLARS AN HOUR!" Your house doesnt get cleaned and it looks 10x worse from all the stirrup when they leave!!!

another issue that place had as if u call off sick they hold your check till sat which isnt right who does that and they dont do direct deposit you cant hold a petson check some more shady work of the owner

Horrible horrible company and owner they came to clean my house were rude disresepectful no common sense left before time was up never again

this is a shady company to work for an. have clean your house you dont get paid right your out way more than u get paid drive home id free no pay thats bull the. treat you like no respect for what you do for them i wouls never recommend this company at all the owner is simethimg else all around shady company heard to much from so many people that have worked there glad i nevet have or will

My daughter was 8 mo. pregnant and finnally closed on her new home. By this time she was too far along to get home ready to move. I had find a service that was avail at short notice witha fexible time schedule. When I called Action Maids they were able to work around our schedule at a short notice. I could not believe how quickly they completed the job with little to no instructions. They work as a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend this company, pleasent hard working employees.

TERRIBLE THE WORST!! Do not hire this company! We contacted Action Maids to schedule a one-time, special cleaning for several rooms in a house that had been vacant for quite some time. The appointment-setter made notes about our special cleaning needs and confirmed theyd be able to do the job. They did TERRIBLE WORK! They arrived only with an upright vacuum, so couldnt vacuum all of the wood floors, baseboards, window sills, cobwebs, etc. We should have sent them away, but they promised they could clean everything well with rags. They did a terrible job and left lots for us to clean and re-clean. They also lied about the cleaning they did in the bathrooms, telling me that the dirt left was hard water deposit and stains that couldnt be removed. Later, I easily removed all of the dirt/scum with a sponge and Comet. We couldnt rely on them to come back to re-clean because we had family members arriving to stay in the house that night. So, we re-cleaned everything ourselves.
