I've been going to this particular GM dealership for a good number of years. For a good number of reasons. And, it all has to do with the great Service Department! Dorothy and Tim are phenomenal Service Advisors, and they have done a great job of taking care of my automotive service needs over the years.

Ryan, the new Service Department Manager, was promoted from the ranks of Service Advisors, and it was a smart decision on the part of the dealership to move him up.

If, for no other reason, it is the Service Department that keeps me coming back, even to complete my most recent automotive purchase, a 2018 GMC Terrain.

Came in due to a knocking when I turned my steering wheel. Dorothy had an idea of what the issue was and got my car right in on the appointment time. They even ran it through the car wash for me! I couldn't be more pleased with Axelrod's service. Will definitely return for any future troubles I may run in to.

I baught a GM certified preowned truck from this dealership and had nothing but issues. #1 I had to practically hunt a sales person down to sell the truck to me. #2 the truck had warped rotars, broken liscense plate lights, broken lock tab, and when I braught it home and lifted up the back seat it was filthy, dirt everywhere and even an old can of chewing tobacco. I took the truck in to get it serviced and they failed to make sure that the parts needed were ordered. So my wife sat there for 2 hours to find out that only one light and lock tab were fixed. So she scheduled another appointment. I took it in that time and they charged me to resurface the warped rotars that were sold to me on a GM certified truck, and 2 hours later they let me know they never ordered the parts so we had to come back a third time. The parts and service staff are both rude and incompitant. JUST AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND NERVES! To make up for all the mess the best they could do is give me a free oil change.

Axelrod was a great experience they were honest and the best price I could find. I didn't feel pressured at all. My salesman was Nick he was very knowledgable and helpful highly reccomend!!!
