This pizza hut charges $2.00 for extra cheese but they don't give you (double cheese), It's the same when they first make the pizza one coat of cheese,and the sauce is weak you can't even tell if they put any on the pizza.

We ordered a Pepperoni Lovers thin and got the extra pizza for a penny. When delivered it was a regular pepperoni pizza on deep dish no less. Won't be doing this again.

Numerous grievances here:

1)The generic phone number is awful. One never gets a chance to talk to actual shop personnel.

2)When (not if) there is a problem, the generic has to call the store themselves & info gets repeated back & forth.

3)The Pizza Hut website is atrocious. Three times I tried to submit an order--wouldn't work!

4)It took 1 1/2 hours to get order delivered--and this after repeated phone calls.

5)This company did nothing to offer to set things right.

6)A "Manager" took my order the second time and STILL did not put the order through.



Very bad business.

The crust was not only too thick, but it was as dry as shoeleather. The ingredients were stingy. And - the kicker - it took over two hours to deliver on a Saturday AFTERNOON! Never again, Pizza Hut!

There pizza just isn't as good as it was in the past. This store never has enough pizzas out on the buffet at lunch time. You have to settle for what is there.

this needs a little work the workers have bad attitudes and the food is sometimes nasty

I wish they had a drive thru so I wouldn't have to haul all the kids out of the car to wobble the pizza
