This facility has the rudest staff I have ever experienced. They get annoyed if you call to get lab results or have questions and will avoid returning your calls. When I finally got a call back I was told that if I did not like the side effects of the medicine that I was prescribed, that I could just go to a different physician. When I came back a few weeks later for a follow up appointment, I had a new insurance. There were mistakes on my temporary card which I informed them of up front, and two employees ganged up on me and started harassing and scolding me as if it was my fault, even after I explained that I had already called the insurance company and took care of it and that my real card would show the correct info. They then asked for my copay. I work right next door to the clinic and told them I could pay it the next day (pay day) they started in on treating me like a bad person and talking to me like a child for it. I came here because I don't feel good, and their staff just made me feel worse. I was nearly in tears before I was even checked in because their attitudes were so hateful and mean. If there were other options in town I would be there in an instant. So unimpressed.
