Provided by YP.comOur little dog fell out of bed and dislocated her left hind leg from her hip socket. We had to take her to Knoxville because it was on a Saturday. They almost killed her with drugs just to take an X-Ray. They wanted $1,759 to 'try' to put back in place or if that didn't work it would be $5,799 more for surgery. Our dog can't be put to sleep because of her bad heart, (and she is 16 years old) we told them that but still wanted to try the things they suggested. We decided to wait until Monday so Dr. Will could look at her. Sunday her hip and leg went back into place on it own, don't know how but it did. Dr. Will looked at her on Monday and said her hip and leg are in place but she couldn't hardly walk. Dr. Will said she might just be still feeling the drugs the place in Knoxville put in her. She might have even had a stroke but maybe not. A few days later, she is starting to walk very good and seems to be getting better everyday. The place in Knoxville charged us $444 just to take 2 X-Rays. Dr. Will charged us $35, including medication. Dr. Will is the best and we only trust him with our dogs. We also have another dog that is 14 years old.

Provided by YP.comObviously we're disappointed to have someone disappointed in our service. A failure to perform diagnostics would only be because none were deemed necessary (obviously in error per this client) because our income is generated through diagnostics and solving medical cases. While I don't doubt that there are meds that are cheaper at Walmart, we don't have that buying capacity, and try to provide convenient medical pick up for a fair price. We have not heard from this client (we don't know who it is) so we haven't been given the opportunity, to my knowledge, to correct any errors we've made. I am glad that they talked with a veterinary internal medical specialist who seems to have gotten them the answers they need and hope their pet is doing better.

Provided by YPmobileUnbelievable- a disappointment as the veterinary profession is usually honorable. They failed to do any appropriate diagnostics, lied about a diagnosis (the reasoning is not real- I am medical and consulted with a veterinary internist), and charged a fortune for a useless lying exam and antibiotics that would be $4 at Walmart. I wouldn't wish them on anyone.

Provided by YP.comThe wait to see the vet is never long at all. And they always take their time with you. The last vet I went to their staff was very rude! But not here, I'm always greeted with a smile. And when I board my dogs they have nice runs for them to stay in. Thanks.
