Rock chip repairs are structural in nature not cosmetic. This customer was told this before the repair was started and given a written warranty that also explains this. We cannot make a chip completely disapear all the time and we state this before begining a repair. We did try and call this customer back and never recieved a response. Our so called lack of concerne seems to stem from the fact that we cannot work magic we can only restore the structural integrity of the glass and than guarantee the repair against further spreading. We tell anyone to check our record withy the BBB or BAR to see what kind of work we do.

I had Farino's out in July to repair a small chip in the glass, the tech that put the resin in spilled the resin everywhere and made a statement about waste of resin. When he was finished you could still see the chip and you can feel the chip. The tech informed me it was normal. Did he say this because im a woman? My husband called the owner and told him that the repair isnt complete, he seemed unconcerned and said he would get back to us which he never did. Basically we paid $35 to have the glass cleaned as we feel the repair wasnt done. I would not recommend this company to anyone thier lack of conercn seems to be standard business practices for this company. BUYER BEWARE!
