Provided by YP.comDo not go there! Find someone else. I spent or should I say wasted several hundred dollars and got 3 pair of glasses that are useless! I complained and they said ''too bad'' so I'm still wearing my old glasses. Avoid at all cost! Do not go there they take your money and say screw off. I would give them zero stars if I could!

Provided by YP.comIf I could give them zero stars I would...first I've been waiting since July for an appointment then finally got an appointment at the end of august...then my son had contacts ordered and we waited 3 weeks for them to come in...then I called cause no one had Called me and the lady said " oh I tried to get ahold of u and u didn't call back so I sent them back" who the heck does that...then finally...she calls me today and tell me I have to wait another week till he can be seen to do contact training so waiting another week...I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place!

ZERO.... This "new owner" does not have ANY idea of what good customer service REALLY is. The ORIGINAL - FOUNDING OWNER - Dr. Collins, absolutely knew the meaning of good CS.... Yesterday I was told "Sure, come on in tomorrow at 4:30 to pick up your glasses", only to be told that there are a ROOMFULL of other customers waiting for "service". I left PI$$ED and after talking with this FAKE Webster, I was told that PSYEC would just release my account and was told to go elsewhere. Some bullsh!t "service". Would rather kick out LONG TERM CUSTOMERS WITH COMPLAINTS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I am not "allowing" anyone to dictate to me this type of "pansy-A$$" practice. psyec - PHQUE YOU.......

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time. They will not respond to you when you fill out the appointment form online. When you call they will rush you and make no effort to help. Says walk ins accepted, but this is not true. They will tell you there is no available time and not even offer to call should there be a cancelation. If they are this rude just to try and make an appointment I can't imagine they do well in any other aspect.
