ZERO.... This "new owner" does not have ANY idea of what good customer service REALLY is. The previous REAL OWNER - Dr. Collins, absolutely knew the meaning of good CS.... Yesterday I was told "Sure, come on in tomorrow at 4:30 to pick up your glasses", only to be told that there are a ROOMFULL of other customers waiting for "service". I left PI$$ED and after talking with this FAKE Webster, I was told that PSYEC would just release my account and was told to go elsewhere. Some bullsh!t "service". Would rather kick out LONG TERM CUSTOMERS WITH COMPLAINTS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I am not "allowing" anyone to dictate to me this type of "pansy-A$$" practice. psyec - PHQUE YOU.......
