I will NO LONGER use Forum Dry Cleaners. I dropped off 2 pillow shams with tassels on them. The waiver of responsibility was signed and 5 tassels are no longer there! When staff was asked if they still had tassels and what happened, I was told that the shams were very unique and it was a possibility they would come off. they did not explain this when dropped off. if they would have been honest I never would have left my shams with them. well, they made their lousey $10.00 but I have to go spend at least $50.00. CONSUMER BEWARE, ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE LEAVING ANYTHING OF VALUE!
