Card info was stolen on 1/14/16. Called 7:30pm this morning to request clerk check out pumps and he refused. Told me to call after 10am to speak to manager. Called back and manager was at the bank so the clerk said. Was told to call back in an hour and when I did the clerk told me the manager wasn't in again. REQUESTED CORPORATE NUMBER AND CLERK SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE IT OR KNOW WHERE TO FIND IT. What kind of ignorant ppl are working at this establishment who doesn't know how to find the number for a higher up in the company? Are the clerks the one stealing people information since they are so slow to help and offer information that I know if in their office? I want to complain about the pump I used being tampered with but they don't want to help. I have filed a police report and will be forwarding this issue to the local news. Maybe that will get the managers attention to contact me. Hundreds of dollars GONE!! That was my first and last time using this gas station. Horrible service and really nasty attitudes from both male and female clerks. Where is the customer service skills?
