It is more obvious now that this establishment has changed it's philosophy from an upscale Italian restaurant to a fast food quantity served mentality. The hostess didn't wait for us to keep to the table before leaving the table and pointing my wife and I in the direction to find it. While waiting for a table we noticed the kitchen crew, specifically the bread they serve, do not wear gloves and the kitchen looked unprofessional and trashed. The waiter didn't introduce himself. This philosophy shift has not charged the prices. Thus, management needs to decide if they are going to serve the individual customers or put in a drive thru window.

This is one of the best places for Italian food. The wait is long on the weekends. During the week it's not to bad.
