I purchased 2 polos and some other items from buckeyecorner online and on Wed. 8/28/2013 and paid for the UPS Next air service 19.99 to get the items the next day so I would have the merchandise before Sat. Someone from the warehouse called me on Thurs morning verifying my order and I let him know I needed it asap and if I wasn?t going to get it by Fri I just needed to cancel the order. He assured me that he would batch the order once we got off the phone and I would receive it on Friday. Needless to say its Friday and the order has not arrived I checked the tracking with UPS and they say it will delivered on Tues. I was informed by UPS that Buckeye Corner had shipped my items UPS Ground not Next Day Air. To say I was upset is an understatement. I had paid $135 to not receive my items on time.
