We bought an expensive Century sofa that was supposed to have been new according to the woman that runs the store - there were food crumbs and spiders in it when I got it home. I called and she told me all sales were final. I called Century and they told me that sofa was previously damaged so they would not warranty it. Beware of this store and the lying saleswoman.
