I've been seeing Dr Pool for about 10 years now, since she was at the Mill Run office. She has been with me through both of my pregnancies, delivering my first child and my second being delivered by Dr Sayat (on call that weekend).

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Pool and all other members of staff. Dr Pool is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to her practice, which is very important to me since I have a didelphic uterus. I appreciate that she doesn't see me as just another number and I never have to wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room.

I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an intelligent, reliable, and personable doctor.

Well, parking was a breeze, and that's about the only good thing I can say about this facility. At first glance, it appears filthy, then the giant stain on the carpet in front of the reception desk confirms it. As for scheduling, I'm not sure why they even bother having appointments. My first appointment was cancelled because the doctor has a surgery, and rightfully so; however I saw that this would be the norm upon arrival for my rescheduled day/time. I arrived with new patient paperwork completed, before my appointment time. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I asked how long the wait would be. Keep in mind, while waiting I had seen the receptionist turn 2 patients away who were on time for their appointments and ask if they could reschedule. I understand this happen, but one of these patients said several times to the receptionist that this happens every time. I am finally taken back to a room 50 minutes after my appointment time. It's currently 57 minutes after my appointment time and I am still waiting to see my dr. Please note, I saw the sign-in sheet showed another patient was scheduled with my dr. at the same time as my appointment, need we say double booking? Horrible, horrible practice. If I didn't like my dr., I would leave now and never come back.
