The worst experience ever. I bought 4 brand new tires took my truck to them to get the tires mounted. The next day my tire was flat I go back they tell me it is a faulty valve charge me $20.00. As they attempt to replace the valve the man tells me "I'm sorry it was my fault I broke your tire". Then comes an older man and asks him what was going on once he explained the man tried to convince me to accept a used tire they had my same tire size at "no charge" since I refused they then asked me to call the company who sold me the tires and tell them the tire just busted while driving. I refused at that as well and stated I wasn't leaving until they replaced my tire either by going to buy me the same one the same size, brand and track. Finally the man agreed to go with me and pay for my new tire. We get back to their shop to mount the new tire on my wheel and come to find out they had lost the centerpiece to my wheel. After spending all afternoon there I was irate and decided to just leave without the centerpiece and as I proceed to exit their shop my centerpiece goes flying out from underneath the hood and the vehicle leaving their shop behind me ran it over and they stopped me to tell me laughing that what flew off was my centerpiece. Never will I go back to these people.
