Travis recommended, and his techs installed, an HID light system in my 2013 Chevy Avalance about 8 years ago. I've had absolutely no problems with the installation and the pair lights up the night. The installation cost was reasonable and will I continue to go back for any of my needs in the areas where they can do the work.

I have used them on several occasions both for several of my vehicles and my home system. they have always explained what my options are and explained ahead of time what the cost would be. I feel they are trustworthy and continue to take my cars there. I also feel that they are competitively priced.

There is always an extra charge on the bill for something you weren't told was needed. Our son has had a radio replaced and a sound system repaired. Both bills were higher than initially quoted. His car was recently totaled. We took the totaled car and the replacement car to have the radio in the replacement exchanged for the sound system and radio. The radio in the totaled car was never installed and they kept the radio without telling us. A second trip had to be made to pick up the radio. The manager told me "if we keep screwing up why do you keep coming back." Rest assured we are never going back.
