Terrible, repeat of Failures! I started going to this place in 2007. At first, I really loved the options they had for full sets. I started going every two weeks like normal and it just kept getting worse and worse. I got 2nd degree burn from the Deluxe Pedi. The last straw was when I was getting a fill and the tech wasnt paying attention and sanded right down to my skin! There was no hope for the next week or two after that. I was soo angry and in pain. So... I didnt go back (and this was back in '07 mind you). So, my BF is getting his hair cut at Luxe a few doors down and I decide to give it another chance (2012), after all, its been 5 yrs, how bad could it be?? OH no! Same thing again!!! They sanded all the way down to my skin under my nail! are you f***ing kidding me??! Ugh... dont go here. This place reeks of terrible service!
