I've been there twice: the first time I had a broken hold-down strap on my watchband and he replaced it for free. I thought that I was going to have to replace the entire watchband. The second time I had to replace the watchband. I was debating to go and buy a band and replace it myself but found out that this store sells them for a very reasonable price and he changed it very quickly. I'd highly recommend it to you!
