They went to court for me and told me I would have to pay my $300 fine plus $75 for them to represent me and complete a Defensive Driving course. I called them two weeks ago to ask when I would need to bring in my certificate to the courts that I completed the course and I was told on the 23rd. So on the 20th I went to take my certificate to the court and they told me it was due on the 17th and that I would have to come to court for my ticket. UNBELIEVABLE! So what did I pay them for? NOTHING! I called to talk to them about it and they asked me for another $50 to show up for court AGAIN and said they have no record of speaking on the phone with me. I understand that we have a "my case" website but when I called to let the office people know that I was not able to log into my case they said "no problem, I can look it up on my computer and give you the due date". I have seen in previous post from the company that their staff "always" write down when they speak to a client and record notes of what was discussed in the conversation. Thats absolute BS! I wish I would have gotten the name of the male I spoke with on the phone but I did not so now its their word against mine. The workers there are way under-experienced and should not be working in a paralegal office!
