They also ruined a shirt that we brought in, however, they refused to pay for it. Instead, they tried to turn the blame on us saying that it was like that when we brought it in. Absolutely horrible customer service. They are already the most expensive cleaner and there are about a hundred other cleaners in about a 5 mile radius, use someone else. We certainly will. Not only are we out the price of the shirt, but also the absurd prices to clean/press it.

HORRIBLE customer service. The owners do not run a very good establishment. They ruined my husband's shirt and tried to say it came in like that. HORRIBLE! Find a better less expensive place then this, the other 100 cleaners in Dallas.

When I tried to pick up my dry cleaning, they came up front telling me that they have ruined my silk shirt. There was a stain and they tried to get it out by washing it when he label clearly identified that it was dry clean only. As a result all the colors bleed to the white part.

They had no problem cutting the check to reimburse me for the shirt, but when I wanted to see how bad the shirt is the lady on the counter said "I gave you the check, now you can go". No apologies were ever offered.
