Many machines are broken. I put my clothes into the 'Super Load' washer. It took over an hour to complete. The machine was stuck on 'wash' and '23 minutes' for over half an hour. I told the attendant there and asked her to cut the electricity to the machine so I could get my clothes out. She either did not understand, or she did not know what to do. She spent 99% of the time on her cell phone. I finally had to stop the machine myself (emergency stop) and take the clothes out sopping wet (no extract). Needless to say, they took an hour and a half to dry, and still some items were damp. Meanwhile, the attendant never looked up from her cellphone. Several people lost coins while I was there, and had to go get the attendant, interrupting her from her texting. This laundromat USED to be good, and clean. The attendant did no cleaning at all. The quality has gone way done. I highly recommend that people look elsewhere. I will.
