I’ve been following this page and the Instagram page for a few months now and I recently decided to give it a try since my original brow artist is on maternity leave. Staff was friendly, but the outcome of my brows were horrible. I had a brow wax and tint, by Keonna. I showed her a picture of my brows freshly done, and she said she could do it. When she first put the tint on and showed me, she reassured me they were “not done”. I automatically thought they were too thick. I asked if she could make them thinner and she said she does not do thin eyebrows on her clients, but still tried to wipe away the tint as they were setting. As she wiped away the tint, she finally started to wax. I also thought it was strange she didn’t trim or tweeze my eyebrows to give them a precise look. She could tell I was upset, but did not do anything to make me feel better about them. I am very disappointed with the outcome, I felt like I walked out of the salon with “thick man-like eyebrows”. As soon as I got into my car I cried, I felt hideous. Never again.
