Wayne is very accommodating of his customers' needs. He will work around your schedule if needed. Sometimes he will put your dogs needs ahead of your wants, which is a big plus to me because my dog is who is important to me. Misty loves going there and gets very excited when I tell her she is going to see Wayne. He always does a great job and takes the time to explain why , if the groom is a little out of the ordinary. Will not take Misty any where else.

Quality of grooming has declined. Owner's professionalism has declined significantly in the 3 years that I've taken my dog to the salon. Assistant groomer (Brian) has better personality and talent.

Absolutely the best groomer I have ever encountered and the only one where I will bring my dogs from now on. I was incredibly surprised and so overjoyed at the kind and caring demeanor of the people who work at FIfi's. They have a true love for animals and it definitely shows! What a true difference I saw in my dogs when I picked them up from being groomed, happy and comfortable, with tails wagging (not stressed out, fighting to get out the door). The people at Fifi's actually took the time to bond with my dogs and make sure they had a good experience from start to finish. They treated them with with love and careful consideration, instead rushing through to get the job done and blaming the dog for being too jumpy or not behaving. If you want a groomer who will treat your pet with the same love and patience that you would, take them to Fifi's!
