Located in Deer Park, N.Y., Alstate Process Service is a process-serving agency that operates in the Tri-State area. Founded more than 25 years ago, its services include affidavits of due diligence, document research, foreclosure services, notary service, occupancy and property inspections, process service, skip tracing and subpoena service. It employs more than 45 people who are regularly briefed on all pending services, and a majority of the staff has completed New York State-approved paralegal training programs. The office is equipped with advanced computer systems, and the software programs were designed and written exclusively for Alstate Process Service. It is also a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Florida Association of Professional Process Servers and the New York State Professional Process Servers Association.
