A type one diabetic, I have always required prthotics. My experience with Hanger is frustrating at best.
I have made at least 5 trips to there office.

First the wrong shoes were ordered, the lack of quality in the shoes is flattening for the price, a good pair of shoes cost less elsewhere.

Second, the wrong orthotic was corrected for calluses, then the holes made for the allowance on the second pair of orthotics were the size of a large plum and my whole foot slid into it. Those were filled in but when I finally get to try them, they were cut for narrow feet and my foot "hangs" over the side, a total loss. Hanger refuses now to redo them.

Medicare was billed.....

If you need orthotics, I suggest you try another company.
