I would NOT choose this company. They did not show up for my 1st app. and did not call. They badly damaged my piano on 2nd app. and I made the mistake of paying them and they told me in good faith they would fix it and now I am fighting with them. What a huge mess and waste of my time and energy. Make a mistake and fix it...hassle free did not happen with Move and Tune.

These guys are GREAT!!!! We live on third floor of an old converted Victorian house. 4 flights of stairs with a narrow turn at each. We weren't sure if anyone could even get it up to our place. These guys came in and at first weren't sure either! But they took the time to carefully assess and after studying it for a bit said they thought they could do it but it was going to be tight! The were right! It was tight, but they were able to accomplish where I'm sure many would have just given up! Not only did they get our piano up to our place but they did so carefully and without any damage!!! Thier prices were very reasonable and the guys were very proffessional. They were there on time and did an outstanding job!! Thank you so much Move and Tune!! We would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for a great mover!!!

This company couldn't do the job, charged us anyways and threatened to keep our piano, they made my wife cry by mocking her.....this is a bad company run by low lives. Horrible

I called and spoke to owner 3 weeks before needed move of a piano from one home to another. He sounded friendly so we discussed the move for over an hour. He quoted me a price over the phone at the end after he knew ALL the particulars and I felt confident he was "on the level". I'm disabled & unable to go in. I called the office at least 3 more times during the ensuing weeks to be sure they were aware of conditions at both pickup and delivery residences, entryway & interior conditions, and double-check PRICE, date, & time of move since this involved 2 families. On moving day, movers arrived and made lots of comments about how "difficult" this would be. I was told it would cost $100 MORE than quoted, also that if I didn't like it I could lump it and hire someone else. Called company and spoke to owner who proceeded to CURSE ME OUT and tell me with disgusting profanity to take the new price or take a hike. BEWARE! Get price quotes in writing from this place & have a backup movers ready.

We purchased our new piano today. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with us and find just the right piano. They even delivered it the same day! Great place to buy a piano.
