I was thankful for the courteous driver and the quality equipment. Being from out of town and stranded and all. TY.

RUDE! RUDE! IGNORANT! & RUDE!

The employees that I encountered here are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever met (especially the guy behind the glass with the extra thick glasses). First of all, we were treated rudely from the very start. I wanted to retrieve my car which had been stolen by way of carjacking (which was bad enough). The man very snidely asked for my paperwork. I attempted to tell him the police had confiscated the keys as evidence, but was very rudely cut off. As he found my car in the system, he rudely told me there were no keys. DUH! I then proceeded to tell him I tried telling him that, to which he responded that I didn't have to yell (which I was not even close to doing). He then told me he does not always believe what the police say. WTF?! He then tried to make me pay $263 to get the car (this included a $35.00 fee that had miraculously been implemented the day before, but none of the three people whom we encountered could explain what the fee was for). I asked him if all robbery victims had to pay and he said yes, all detroit police tows have to pay. The police officer from next door actually had to come the window to tell them that fees are waived for car jacking victims. This guy (with the glasses, his smart mouthed co-signing buddy, and the woman who finally completed the process), were all truly unprofessional. The owner either needs to restaff or consider himself a fool to have people like this working in his establishment.
