I dont know what the other review is about but my experience in this salon was wonderful! I got exactly what I wanted cut color and highlights I even had the owner do what he thought would look good on me and he nailed it and I love it! I will be coming back for touch ups!!! I guess you cant please everyone but I surely was!

I went to salon extreme to get an ombre. And I hated it! I went the next day for the owner who did it (Eddie) to fix it and I still didnt like it! When I asked for my money back he told me he doesn't not give refunds!! (They are very expensive by the way) After dyeing it a third time I still don't like my hair. He offered me 4 free oil treatments, to make up for the problem but after the third said my hair was completely repaired and wouldn't give me the fourth oil treatment :/ I have to go somewhere else now to see if they can fix it and pay more money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and won't go back!!
