I had these people tow my car to the dealer sent by FORD. Took almost 3 hours for anyone to show up. Guys on the other end of the phone were rude and kept hanging up. One guys even said I need to wait till the driver gets coffee. They lied about where my car was dropped off. They literally put it in front of the dealer on a side street and took it to the wrong place. They had possession of the car for over a day. Crazy people. They don't even speak English and they lie about their real names.
