I have been roller blading for years. One day after a roller hockey game my back locked and I couldn't walk. I went to a M.D. for painkillers and muscle relaxers, but it did not fix the problem. I was wheeled in to Dr. Burnham's office and carried on to the adjusting table. After getting treated for one week I was walking with a cane and I felt less pain. After the second week I was able to walk without a cane, I felt 50% better and was able to sit up. In normal circumstances [I had a severe antalgic lean because of disc pressure in low back.] an Orthopedic Surgeon would have done surgery on my back. I now walk and drive with little pain and continue to heal. Dr. Burnham at the Neck and Back Pain Center in Diamond Bar spent much time treating me and getting me better. I recommend people with disc problems to come and see Dr. Burnham.

I first came to see chiropractor Dr. Paul Burnham in Diamond Bar because of low back pain and neck pain which was off and on for many years. This was effecting other areas like my shoulders and knees - they were getting weak and arthritic. Headaches were pretty much a daily occurrence. Other things that bothered me was difficulty staying asleep and sinus problems. I had gone to medical doctors, they gave me pills. They were pain pills, muscle relaxers and other stuff. The pain was very sharp when I first saw Dr. Paul Burnham. After I had a consultation and talked with him I thought his treatment made sense. I followed his advice and started treatment. I felt an immediate change. As I continued the back and neck pain I had for years completely went away. He also used nutrition to correct my sinus and throat problem. I felt very good. I would recommend others who are sick or have pain to see Dr. Paul of the Neck and Back Pain Center and feel the difference from his treatments.

Don't let anyone tell you that your health must decline as you grow older. I am 73 and my life is improving by the week. After just 2 months of chiropractic treatments at the Neck and back Pain Center in Diamond Bar, my back is stronger and the pain is decreasing. Household tasks have been limited to 15 minutes a day, then I had to rest. Recently I was surprised to find that I had worked in my kitchen for over an hour with no discomfort. I am most grateful to Dr. Paul, my chiropractor, and his expertise in treating my back problems since I work daily at a teaching job and it is getting easier. Because of my health improvement , my mental attitude has become more positive as I anticipate more progress in my daily life. After a few months of spinal adjustments, I can feel more flexibility in my lower back. It is a feeling of freedom and creates a new mental attitude.

I am a fireman and while going to a fire, I was struck by a car. I flew 45 ft. through the air and was rushed to the hospital. The diagnosis was a fractured collar bone, many deep bruises and Post-Concussion Syndrome. In the hospital, the Physical Therapist worked with wobble boards to help me. After 4 months of PT I still felt weak. I began teaching at the academy, I stepped off the fire engine and popped my hip out. I was sent to the Doheni Eye Institute for diagnoses and they confirmed my Post-Concussion Syndrome. My eyes were very sensitive to light all the time. I could only wear sunglasses due to that sensitivity. I also had a low back problem. Trying to train for the Fireman Olympics was very difficult because my low back would numb up. I have experienced wonderful results Dr. Paul Burnham of the Neck and Back Pain Center. By working on my nervous system and with a special diet, he restored my strength. My low back feels strong and I could max out my training sessions.

I started coming to see Dr. Paul Burnham because i was suffering with extreme tension & back pain. I was unable to sleep at night. I was taken medications like vicodine. tylenol with codine. etc. in order to get through my day without pain. I was only covering up the problem i never was correcting. Dr. Paul placed me on different physical therapy treatments along with spinal adjustsments and after the first week i felt extreme results. I was off my medications for pain and starting a new life with nuturtion and health. I have never felt better then I do today. Im so thankful for all that Dr. Paul has done for my life. I highly recommend him.

I've been a headache sufferer for 23 years. I've lived off of medications like zomig, imitrex, depakoate, etc. My friend Karen had seen Dr. Paul Burnham for headaches and doesn't have them. So I checked it out. It's definitely different here. I've been taking a detox program, different spinal treatments, stretches, infrared tables,etc. After my first week, I stopped getting migraines. Now, after 3 months still no headaches. So far so good. I have referred my neighbor in and she's pretty happy about her results with her TMJ.

I had visited this office back in Nov. 2006 with shoulder and wrist pain. I was told I needed surgery because the physical therapy didn't work. I was in extreme pain, was wearing wrist braces and taking Vicodin and Ibuprofen. After talking to the doctor, I tried the therapy and notice a little improvement. In a few weeks my grip strength started to come back. Gradually the pain left my shoulder. My wrists were improving without Vicodin or the braces. I reached a point where I could bend my wrist back without pain. I got very emotional. Now I have my freedom back and use my wrists without being scared. Sometimes I can't believe how bad I was.
