Provided by YP.comAfter having the Dr. accuse me of being a needle drug user and examining me for track marks, then going on to tell me how important I stop using needle drugs and get help. He found no track marks but continued asking me where I injected my drugs. I offered to give a blood sample (which was taken), so he could treat me for why I was there rather than falsely accuse me of being a needle drug user. After the Dr discharged me, the male nurse was so busy flirting with a young blond nurse that after an hour of listening to them flirt, I finally removed my own IV and left. I hope to never need this hospital facility again.

Provided by YP.comThe doctor & nurse were great! The hospital's billing dept on the other hand, sucks. I went in to the ER for a internal bleeding eye. The doc saw me, transferred me to Univ of Utah Hospital Specialist, then i received a bill from St Marks for $2,300 (...just for sitting in the room waiting to be transferred!!!? Give me a break.). So i called to dispute the billing. They dropped it down to $700. It took MANY phone calls to get someone to explain the billing that knew what they were talking about so i could dispute it. I still don't have a good explanation of the bill. I was also sent to a collection agency 3 times (and they promised me from the beginning that it wouldn't go there...because i thought it might happen. I have no problem paying my bills. I have a high deductible health plan. Summary: service was great, but the aftermath billing was a nightmare. I finally just paid it to get them off my back.
