I have been a Storage unit -tenant since 2007-8 and experienced two ownership changes,and rate increases [currently have two units, with no multiple unit discount]
I also have an unresolved lighting issue at my unit! And most recently you increased late fees,with no increase in the quality of service to warrant and increase! I just hope you step up your service and rate equity, before long time tenants such as myself, start moving out! I want to give you a chance,but I need you to deliver,timely and fairly!
