Great classes! Great people! Great place to dance!

My 5 year old daughter takes ballet with Ms. Lauren and she loves it. I love how Ms. Lauren is very sweet with her students, but doesn't baby them. I also like that her class isn't just generic "dance" or "movement"- the kids are actually learning ballet positions and real ballet exercises. The studio is beautiful and everyone who works there is delightful. It's very comfortable for the parents to sit at their little bistro tables and watch the class.

Such a nice addition to the Hudson County dance scene. What a beautiful atmosphere in which to work on your fox trot, swing, ca-cha, rhumba, ballet, tango and, yes, hip-hop. You are the center of attention on this beautiful dance floor--crystal chandeliers twinkling, revealing a magnificent view of the Big Apple. Try out the Friday night socials! No one is a wallflower! Everyone dances. Jevgeni, Xenia and their troupe of dancers are most welcoming. Have you always wanted to learn that one particular dance? Hudson Dance will help you attain that goal. I have found a new home.

Hudson Dance studio has the best dance programs compared to all the tons of other places I've been to.



I came across latin ballroom dancing when I was in high school one year. I had fun but I only stopped after a year because where I went before Hudson Dance Studio opened did not make dancing interesting without a partner. Here, at Hudson Dance Studio, you don't even need a partner and I love that! I never want to stop coming here, I'm addicted. Whether you come with a partner or without, you always get to practice dancing together, like it should be. My favorite part about this studio is that it's all about the enjoyment of dancing.



The view is unbelievable. Talk about a gorgeous ballroom. It is the perfect environment for dance classes, socializing, and spectacular Friday night dance socials.



P.S. the socials are definitely something to check out even if your not planning to take classes, previously taken classes here, or would like to check out the scene. They're $10 and happen every Friday night. They do everything from the foxtrot to bachata. Instructors take turns inviting guests to a dance where they put you at such ease that you are enjoying a beautiful dance you may have never done before and doing moves you never new you could do before! It's so much fun! There are even unbelievable professional shows and refreshments sometimes. If you love dancing, and in the area, you definitely have to hit up this 2 hour dance party one night. It's a great place to make friends or bring a friend.

This is a great dance studio in Bergen County that offers plenty of styles of dance. Whether you are interested in ballroom, Latin, ballet, hip hop, or Zumba, you will find it here. The studio's focus is on social dancing, so the staff wants you to have fun while making new friends. If you are new to dancing, this is the right place for you. The owners and instructors are very welcoming and friendly and the students are laid-back and from all walks of life. Unlike other studios I've been to, the staff is the exact opposite of pretentious and the patrons are not "clicky." Everyone that walks through the door is just there to learn and have fun. The added benefit is that this IS a quality dance studio with instructors who are highly-trained, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about teaching not only the steps but also the history and culture of each dance. I encourage you to attend one of the Friday night dance parties!

The Hudson Dance Studio is a wonderful addition the the Bergen County dance and ballet scene. The owners, Yevgeniy and Ksenia, are enthusiastic, attentive, creative, and lovely people who have been able to breathe a new life into a previously stale space. They've hired our wonderful ballet teahcer, Ms. Lauren Zaleta, and have terrific Zumba and ballroom instructors. The HDS staff is easy to deal with, responsive, and caring. They approach everything with energy and real joy, so everyone who comes to HDS feels the difference right away. A nice place, in other words, and I hope they keep growing and doing well!

Hudson Dance Studio is by far the best dance studio that northern NJ has to offer. I have taken multiple class there and each one is better than the next. I have been attending regularly and have taken the Argentinian Tango, Bachata, Salsa, Swing, Samba and even attended the Friday night social. The instructors are incredibly talented, passionate, helpful and warm. I thoroughly enjoy myself each and every time I step foot in the studio. I have taken many of my classes with Anna, who is not only an incredible teacher, but fun, charismatic and makes each class thoroughly enjoyable. The ambiance this studio offers is like none other. The space is a beautiful large ballroom with gorgeous chandeliers. It is professional and classy, but at the same time very down to earth. The owners are a pleasure to speak with, deal with and really listen to to the needs of their customers. In short, this place is fun and I fall in love with it each time I go. You don't want to miss out!
