The soup is good but it's never hot it's room temperature. Even when you send it back three times. Good for lunch not dinner every dish we order were warm.

The food is made fresh when you order amd it tastes great. The portions are enough for two people. The service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance.

The quality of the food is terrible. It is not authentic Chinese or Vietnamese food. I ordered their vermicelli pork bowl (bun) and they did not even provide fish sauce to eat with it which is what makes a bun bowl delicious. The pork was fatty, cut into huge pieces, and did not taste like Vietnamese grilled pork. Their General Tso chicken was even worse. The pieces of meat were huge( could not even pick up with a chopstick), again, fatty, dark meat that tasted disgusting. I only ended up eating their steamed rice and broccoli they provided on the side. If you want cheap "Americanized" Chinese or Vietnamese food, be my guest, I will not be eating here again. I will stick to going to Hop Tung in McAllen.
