I previously used to see Dr. Robert Kent. Yes he would say certain comments/remarks that were not proper. But now that he has retired; they have a NEW dentist on board by the name of Johnny Rodriguez. He has the utmost respect and professionalism in his profession. He takes the time to explain the pro's and con's on any procedure he performs. Both my husband and I are his patients and I appreciate his ethical practices and honesty. I know there are some previous comments made by other patients regarding Dr. Kent and they have every right to comment on their experiences. But Drs. Milligan, Chafin, Williams and Rodriguez and their staff offer excellent and professional services and should not be penalized due to his previous actions. Also they have an awesome Hygienist by the name of Jennifer. Definitely request for her! I can honestly recommend General Dentistry Centers to my family and friends. Now that there has been change all should be well. Thanks for reading my review. :)

This dentistry practice has gone downhill in the past 2 years. I continue to see Dr. Milligan, but the office staff is completely incompetent. Avoid Dr. Kent unless you like verbal abuse and getting worked on without being properly numbed. The man is a beast. One dentist has already left the practice due to Kent's bad behavior. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I had an appointment set for 4:00, but when I got to General Dentistry Centers they told me that my appointment was actually at 4:30, yet they called me to confirm that it was at 4:00. After waiting for an hour, and being the last patient to be seen, Dr. Kent walked in and asked me if I owned a tooth brush, embarrassing me in front of 2 of the other workers and my mother, who had accompanied me.

My mother defended me saying "She JUST ate, how can you expect for her teeth to be squeeky clean?" and he said "No! Don't! Don't cover up for her!"

After that, he got down to business, another worker who had taken x rays of my mouth was standing right next to Dr. Kent. He was holding one of the dental instruments, when he said "Grab it." to the lady. She didn't hear him, so he yelled at her.

About 5 years ago, I went to visit Dr. Kent when I had a horrible plaque problem. He punctured through it, leaving me in immense physical pain and scaring me emotionally. I left the place, crying.

I wouldn't go to that man again even if I was desperately loosing all of my teeth. He is such a horrible and unpleasant man to be around. Worst dentist ever.

Dr. Kent is the worst dentist ever. He is rude, sarcastic, and just a plain spiteful ugly man. This man is so aggressive he scares me. He even started fighting with me in his office about what I was feeling during the procedure. Word of mouth goes far. Stay away from this dentist and this office.
