I'm not putting myself in that position EVER! I looked up 24 hr laundromats & this came up! False advertising as well ladies & gentlemen! I'm sick & moving back here! Not only do they threaten you, humiliate you, but they aren't 24 hrs!

I've been so insulted. I'm from out of town and have done my laundry here 3 times. Coming in at 8-8:10 pm to start my laundry.the attendant has told me that as long as I am done by 9 I'm ok. So I went in tonight and this ugly fat girl was working. She laughed at me and said I am not going to do laundry. I said I've come in at this time after work three times and have been done way before 9. She laughs at me and said no no no. Your not doing laundry. I ask for manager. And she threatens to call police. I'm shocked at this point and can't believe how I was treated as a customer.i have yet to find the owner and complain. If your going to have a punk kid run your business expect to lose money. I will tell everyone I can not to go to this place.

Okay where do I even begin! I'm from out of town and seen such good reviews on this place, so I decided to go do our laundry. I'm getting my clothesline out the washer when I notice my husband's very expensive shirts was ruined. The lady on side of me said I should go tell the owner in the front because that wasn't right after I spent twenty dollars washing clothes. So I go tell the owner and she was so RUDE it was unbelievable, and told me they where brand new 10,000 dollar machines. I said ma'am I don't know what kind of machines these are but I would be calling the company so this wouldn't happen again. She then got in my face and said I will not be threatened, and told me if I didn't like it to get my stuff and leave. I was getting all my wet laundry and before I knew it she called the POLICE on me, and told them I threatened her. I have my two small children with me I was never so humiliated in my life. Thank the Lord other people seen what happen and went and told the police she was never threatned and I was nothing but nice. Never in my life have I EVER had the cops called on me for anything, I couldn't believe my children ages five and two had to see something like this.
