Great experience! So very helpful, generous and professional after my car broke down. Made everything so easy and everyone was great to work with. Amazing follow up and very intentional. Will definitely use Jackie Cooper again.

Had such a great experience at Jackie Cooper BMW, they took care of me in such a timely and professional fashion! I recommend them to everyone! Having the "geniuses" there to help me with my car and teach me everything about it was the most helpful and I have never experienced that anywhere else. They really have a local mom and pop feel in a big corporation where everyone feels like family.

Jackie cooper is a bunch of deadbeats! They don't pay their bills! Always giving the run around! Boycott this place or they will screw you too! I would have not given them a star but the site makes you pick one!

The experience was great, I have looked at several cars over the last few months at Jackie Cooper, and Mike always helped me. He would follow up with me on new cars that came in to see if they would fit my needs. His follow up is excellent, without being pushy. Mike Myrick works very hard for this dealership, and his customer service is excellent. He is a great salesman!

Very rewarding. It is always a pleasure to put your trust and faith in honest hard working people that demonstrate a sincere amount of enjoyment toward their profession.
