My car has been there for 2 weeks they had the parts for 10 days I won't get it back until the middle of next week I'm paying for the rental No follow up or communication of any kind I'll never use them again

Worst body shop EVER,took my car there to fix driver and passenger doors, took them 3 weeks to fix it,when ready on or around December 23rd and checked the job it was a MESS,lines in my rear driver side fender doesn't exist,the paint inside the driver side door looked like sanded and they didn't paint back or barely painted, so I decided leave it there. After 2 weeks went back to pick it up, again the part inside de door wasn't fixed, doors panels loose,seal of the rear door loose, and the whole right side over spray, all left side roof trunk whit water marks and they can't find out what was that, had to leave it there again, 5 more days took it home cleaned the dust over it found out that the water marks were still there, so had to drive back 15 miles and again leave it there AGAIN, they fix it but still my car have some over spray marks and the only good the guy who took care of me ,Jonathan, he tried everything he could but he is not the painter, serious issues here,avoid this place

I used to bring my vehicles to this shop for repairs but no longer. I have done business with them for over 10 years, and although the turn around was never immediate the work was honest. I have taken in my focus twice, and my ranger twice, besides my family's other vehicles. The last time I received my ranger back, I was told my tailgate was repainted and my bumper was replaced. However I painted my bumper myself, and the "replaced" bumper still had the scratches from the accident meaning nothing was touched besides the dents on my tailgate. I did not argue it and took my vehicle back because the turn around for this was close to 2 weeks for damages less than 2k, and honestly I could replace that bumper myself. I reported this to my insurance when they asked how I felt about the repairs.

Worse place ever!! I was told it was my fault for leaving a voice message and not trying to call for 6 more hours. Then I was told i had to pay with my credit card to get my truck back and pay my CC bill with the insurance check, that is in Casa's name. They have had my truck for a month now, 2 weeks after it was fixed because they gave my insurance company the wrong address and the check had to be re-issued. The insurance company emailed them a copy of the check and picture showing its mailed to the correct address and Casa still wont give me my truck. Also when i got m car back (yes both vehicles were there at the same time) i had to remove tape that was painted and covered one of my fog lights. I cant get it all off with out taking off the bumper and Casa's response is that "its your problem now" Everyone at this shop is rude! hardly speak english.

Its crazy how people always complain but just think for ones every 5 min theirs a car accident you my friends are some of them so do not complain if your car is deliver a lil late like you know you are not the only car they are receiving and trying to fix.

I have had several opportunities to use Casa Collision. Each time they have been thorough, professional, and the work has been quality. The staff is friendly and helpful and HONEST.

Took my car back four times. They told me it was "impossible" to match the paint color of an 03 model year car. The worst customer service ever.

The WORST!!!! I had my accident on 12-30-07 and did not get my car back until mid March. They ruined the interior, the car was only 6 months old at the time. My car still rattles and the wheels squeak. AHHHH!I highly recommend you do not take your car here.

Worst body shop in El paso. They had to re- paint 3 times on a 08 vehicle. And there is overspray on every panel and the part they painted has large brown spots and lines in the paint. Horrible quality work. You can do better with ceran wrap and some spraypaint
