Midwest Roofing is great. Tony came out after a storm to do a free inspection. He did a great job explaining the roofing process to me. I would recommend to anyone.

Ryan did an excellent job helping us with our roof and gutters. He took care of getting the claim submitted to insurance so it made it super easy. He was very professional and always prompt. The crew that installed my roof and gutters were prompt and professional as well I would highly recommend Midwest roofing and Ryan Bernskoetter.

Ryan came and inspected our roof and let us know we had damage. He was very helpful and honest. He worked with our insurance agent and got it all the paperwork taken care of and explained our options thoroughly. The roofing and gutter crew did a great job in the heat of the summer to get it replaced. It all looks great. Highly recommended.

This past fall we had Midwest Roofing install 59 squares of Owens Corning Duration Sand Dune to our rooftop. This was an insurance claim with Nationwide who paid them to not only replace the shingles, but to remove all gutters and the trim pieces that were sitting along the roof line. The roofers did not remove any of these and as a result destroyed them and the paint on our cement siding.Their remedy for the gutters was to cut out the damaged parts of the seamless gutter and patch in a new section and to just paint over the damaged wood and siding. (Look at the pictures below where they destroyed the wood...what is going to take the place of that void now?)

Fast forward to this week, as the torrential rains come in with the drop in temperature we come home to our hallway bathroom filling with water from a leaking roof, in one of the same areas that was leaking before. When we called they said they weren't warranting our roof until we paid them back the credit they gave to us. Rains are predicted in the next few days, and they will not honor the work they did. They even talked us into buying their ice and water protector, which didn't guard against any of these torrential rains as they promised.

Be aware of these folks. They sub-contract their work out, have no respect for your home or their workmanship, they argue and threaten you, and leave the homeowner with no warranty. If there is a dispute with them be prepared to battle long and hard. Record all your conversations with them, better yet only correspond with them through email, take before and after pictures of your home and pictures while they are doing the work because you are going to need it in the long run. They are very defensive and feel they do no wrong. Also, be aware of their BBB A+ rating. As of this writing they have not responded to the complaint we filed with the BBB. We encourage everyone out there to contact us before choosing them to save the heartache we had to endure with them.
