I took my car here last May they did not fix my car and we’re very rude to me. I took my car in because it was mysteriously shut off for no reason when they “fixed” my car is shut off again while my brother was driving it. When I called him out on it they marked me insisted the repairs were necessary despite the fact that it was still broken. I asked for restitution and the store manager hung up on me. My brother and I went to the store and the manager Mark me yet again to my face. I had to make a call to the corporate office because of his behavior. They took the last $800 a lever get from me. Don’t go here .

The customer service here sucks we hada disagreement about price on oil change and instead of just apologizing for misunderstanding the manager went back and forth with me wanting to prove me wrong. Also ridiculously over priced will not be returning here again!!!!

It is my fault that I am just realizing the mistake I made in taking my car to car-x, but I wanted to review here quickly. I didn t research the cost of parts for my car prior to getting it fixed, but now realize that this place didn t just mark the prices up a little bit, but a lot (over $100 more than the price I could buy it at myself right now). Additionally the person who towed my car to their shop (the shop s service manager) did a good deal of damage to the front bumper of my car (now a $1500 repair itself). Also they charged shop fees in addition to parts and labor and didn t clear any of the codes out of my computer. I also saw the manager berating a customer who was complaining that the shop didn t call him to authorize repairs before fixing them, which seems like a valid complaint to me. All in all I d steer clear of this place.

Be very sure to get other opinions before you hand these guys a penny. They tried to scam me out of $400 - $760 for a "complicated" allignment. I got it done at a nearby shop for $50.00 with no problems. Beware

These people do not fix cars correctly. A part they put on wasnt bolted on. Luckely where i take my car for an oil change saw it and informed me to get it fixed right away or I could lose control of the car. Carx gave me an attitude about fixing it. Now another piece they fixed at the same time broke and they state it was caused by something else so i have to pay the tow guy who brought it there and another tow to take it somewhere else
