Went in for an under arm wax today. This place is so dirty. Wax all over the walls, doesn't seem like anyone dusted or mopped the floor in months. The lady that did my wax seemed to not have the slightest clue on how to wax someone. You know those sketchy dinky places you've once visited and vow to never visit again? Yeah this place makes my list. So so dirty.

This salon is a fresh reminder that good salons exist. I have been going to this nail spa for 8 years and have always been happy with their fabulous job. Their pedicures and foot massages are very good. The stronger the message, the better in helping the circulation in your legs. If you communicate your wants, they will listen. I highly recommend Today Nail Spa.

Unfortunately after going to today nail spa for over three years on and off, I refuse to spend my money in that salon ever again, as although there are about three pleasant people whom work there, each time I come in I am taken back by the rude and unprofessional behaviors from the staff. I am a good tipper, as I've been in positions that are primarily funded by tips as well, so I get it. What I don't get is when I consistently tip over thirty percent, why one cannot simply say thank you, or why they are blatantly rude and disrespectful to me each time I come in. I will say most the technicians there do a good job, but the last time I came in I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable for the last time....from the lack of a simple "Thank you", as I always say when I receive any service, to the extreme of bashing the company I work for, and belittling me for working for the company. I'm sorry today nail spa, but I will be spending my three thousand plus a year on nails at another more grateful and less offensive salon. I truly hate to be negative, but I am a hardworking person whom has been offended by your rude staff and owners for the last time. You should be grateful for what clientele you still have. I hope someone finds this helpful, and I encourage all to try a different salon!

Love this nail spa. I recently moved to the area and I am very lucky about my nails. I thought I would give them a try. I now go on regular basis. Kenny does my nails and he is amazing. I am have very sensitive skin and he makes sure to be very careful. I highly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly. Oh and to the Lady that made a comment about her pedicure... I was there when that happened with you and at no point in time were you asked if you wanted a free pedicure. You made an appointment but never specified a tech you wanted. So received amazing service by being asked if you would like to wait or have a pedicure. You chose the pedicure. Nothing in life us free remember that for where ever you go in the future. Thanks Today's nails you guys rock.

I have been going to Today Nail Spa for almost 5 years now and Ken is the BEST!! He knows exactly how I like my nails and I am pleased every time I walk out. Friendly staff, great service and very accomodating. And to the client who "thought" her pedicure would be free.......that is insane! When you have to wait at the Dr's office do they "comp" your office visit?? Get real!! Ken is not in the business of passing out freebies but hey if you find a salon that is I'd love to know where it's at! And Tina gives an awesome pedi...LOVE!!

Used to be a nice place, but they bring it down with their customer service skills. Not paying attention when they book appointments, then make you wait. I was offered a pedicure because they "messed up", then was expected to pay for it when I was done with my nails. Then Ken made a big deal about expecting it to be "free" in front of other clients while laughing. They only care about themselves when it comes down to it. I will never ever go back there and will never recommend it to anyone again. They are disrespectful of their customers and at times rude also. One time I stopped by asking for a fill and was meanly asked if I had an appt. I then booked appt's and had to wait. Go figure. No matter how good they may be it's not worth it to be treated this way. There ARE other good places to give your business to. Customer service and the way you are treated mean a lot to clients!!!!

I have been to 3 different nail salons in the area, then a friend told me to try Today Nails. I made the appointment with Ken as she suggested and was so pleased with his work, I get a Pink and White gel over my real nails, they look great, flawless. I have many people ask me where do you go? I am proud to say " Today Nails, ask for Ken". The salon is convenient, clean and very relaxing, employees are very friendly and the prices are great!!! I give them a great review because they do a great job !!!

Kio is one of the best manicurist in the shop she is pleasant and has a down to earth attitude. She can relate to her cusotmers and make them feel at ease. Keep doing what you do girl it works for me.

I LOVE this salon--Kenny is the best! It's the only place I get consistently good results from. Their pedicures are also outstanding.

This is THE BEST salon to go to for pink/white gel nails. Kenny, the owner, is fantastic!! Great customer service here! The best that I have seen around! Usually nail salons do not have customer service skills. But not here, Kenny is the best!! I drive an hour to get my nails done and it is VERY WORTH IT!!!!

Great Place! Great service! Great Job! It may not be fancy but they do better than places that cost twice or even triple more than Today Nailspa! These women here no how to pleasure people and make you come back!Roberto C
