Kelley is an EXCELLANT attorney. She is focused and dedicated to her job. She is responsible, hard woker, and most of all she is an attorney that you can count on. She makes sure that her clients receive the best service she can give. She goes beyond her abilities as an attorney, which you can not say that about most attorney now in days. She is professional and has a sense of humor. She goes out her way for her clients such that she will personally be at the front door step to see why he/she was not in court (when even having a notice sent to his/her home letting them know of the court date), you can not say that every attorney will go out his or her way to see what happened to his or her client that was suppose to be in court. I HIGHLY reccommend her! High quality!

Kelley is a part time attorney for the public defenders, which is where I got to know her. She is the most effiecent lawyer in that office. She handled my guardianship when my autistic daughter turned 18. She is super and I love her to death.

Ms. Schweinzger is not one of the best but, THE BEST attorney in Elkhart County. She is my favorite because she charged a fair rate for her services, allowed payments, and even though she charged a fair rate, she gave 100%. Ms. Schweinzger did what two local attorneys before her could not do. She is intelligent and knows the law and works to ensure you are satisfied to the best of her legal ability. I would use her services again in a heart beat if I ever need expert legal representation. You can put your trust in Ms. Schweinzger to handle your legal affairs and she will not let you down.
